Separate bottle safety from health claims

Useful questions include whether the crystal chamber is sealed from direct water contact, whether all materials are suitable for the intended temperature, and how the manufacturer says to clean the bottle. Follow the product instructions rather than improvising with boiling water, dishwashers or chemicals.

Hydration is not “more is always better”

Fluid needs vary. Excessive water intake can also be harmful. A bottle should help you carry water, not push you toward extreme intake targets.

No substitute for care

Do not use a wellness bottle as a replacement for medical evaluation, prescribed treatment or nutrition advice.
